How big is it when folded?

It folds flat into a slim rectangle that fits in a car boot, as shown in the gallery. Set up, it is about 190 cm long and 65 cm wide.

Will it hold a bigger adult?

The steel frame is rated to 150 kg.

How much is delivery?

Flat $15 anywhere in Perth, paid with your order. Pickup is free: choose it in the cart and we'll confirm a time and location with you.

Can I mix the 5-pack between people?

Of course. The 5-pack is one order of five beds at $299. Who sleeps on them is up to you.

What if something's wrong with it?

Your purchase is covered by Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Returns & privacy

Refund & returns policy

7-day change-of-mind returns. If you change your mind, you can return the bed within 7 days of receiving it for a refund of the item price. The bed must be unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

How to return. Email perthcampbed@gmail.com within 7 days with your Square order number and we'll arrange it. You can drop the bed back to our Perth pickup point free of charge, or we can collect it for the same $15 delivery fee. The original delivery fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Refunds. Once we receive and check the bed, your refund is issued to the card you paid with through Square, usually within 3–5 business days.

Faulty or damaged items. If the bed arrives damaged or develops a fault, email perthcampbed@gmail.com straight away. We'll repair, replace or refund it, including any delivery costs. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Not covered by change-of-mind. Beds that have been used outdoors, soiled, or had packaging discarded. These are still covered for faults under the Australian Consumer Law.

What we collect. When you order, Square collects your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can deliver your bed and contact you about the order. Card details are entered on Square's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.

How we use it. To fulfil and deliver your order, arrange pickups, process refunds and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with. Square (payment processing) and, for delivery orders, the driver or courier delivering your bed. That's it.

This website. The site stores your cart choices in your own browser so they're there when you come back. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
